AutographCOA (ACOA) Refund Policy:

In the case of an authentication submission resulting in ACOA being unable to render an opinion, ACOA will credit the account of the customer with an amount equal to the authentication cost charged for the submission of that individual item's submission. Reasons for ACOA being unable to determine an opinion may include but are not limited to: 1) If the image(s) submitted is/are unclear. 2) If the signature(s) is/are outside of our area of expertise. 3) If the signature(s) is/are too rushed, incomplete, or minimal for ACOA to make an educated and confident decisiion.
