* If No Opinion can be rendered by the AutographCOA team for any reason, a credit will be issued toward a future submission. A Pre-Certified online COA will not be generated for Failed or Inconclusive submissions. Online Pre-Certified submissions are not guaranteed to pass Mail-In Authentication, due to the possibility of preprint, fascimile, autopen signatures and other factors which may be identified during physical inspection. Mail-In Authentication is the final step to a full authentication.
